Our staff are experienced professionals from various career paths which include: social worker, semi-independence provider, counsellor, placement officer and Human Resource consultant.

Our Team

All our staff are caring, considerate and passionate about the care they give to Children and Young People (CYP). All employees receive the training appropriate to their work, for example First Aid, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene. All employees receive annual training in health and safety matters such as moving and handling, fire awareness and procedures, child protection issues, and a range of other matters.

CAPP’s Director and Owner is Ms Nadine Robinson who is also the Responsible Individual (RI). Ms Nadine Robinson has over 20 years’ experience as a qualified social worker for children and families. The Director has expertise in working with children who are gang affiliated, CSE and EBD. Nadine has owned / managed semi-independents and residential services for children and young people for 8 years and is known to take on difficult to manage placements with extremely challenging young people changing their thought process and developing positive self-esteem. Nadine holds a Diploma in Social Work and undergoes regular training in social care.

Amy Brunetti, Executive Assistant at CAPP

Amy joins the team with experience in a variety of settings ranging from direct work in Immigration Centres to employment as a Social Work Assistant within the local authority. Amy has worked specifically in a duty fostering team supporting vulnerable children and families. Amy has undergone training in Child and Adolescents development, risk assessments and safeguarding young people.

Tina Waterhouse, Head of Services at CAPP

Tina has previously managed high risk semi-independence services for four years and also runs private therapeutic work. Tina has experience of working with challenging service users and managing high risk cases and has an in-depth understanding of working with and relating to vulnerable people and in particular young people in care. Tina is experienced managing placements from initial referrals until exit and final placements and has an excellent working knowledge of the care system, its policies, procedures and requirements of local authorities. Tina is a Counselling Therapist and is BACP registered and accredited and also has a BA (Honours) degree in Integrative Counselling.

Jasmin McLean, HR Manager at CAPP

Jasmin McLean

HR Manager

Jasmin is our HR Manager at CAPP. She has a broad range of experience in recruitment and human resources. Jasmin started her human resources career in a small social care organisation where she managed the human resources function. Jasmin then moved to an international IT company where she worked on international HR projects. Her recent career has seen her focussed entirely on recruitment in commercial industries including legal and professional services. Jasmin holds a BA in Sociology and MA in Human Resource Management. Jasmin is an Associate member of CIPD and holds the CIPD Level 7 qualification. Throughout her career, she has built relationships with employees and employers alike and prides herself in being able to align HR outcomes with other business functions for the organisations and firms she has worked with.

Outreach Workers and Support Workers

At CAPP we have 34 further members of the team who work as outreach workers and support workers across our services. They provide an excellent service to vulnerable children and young people. The skills and experience of our team members are matched accordingly with the children and young people we work with.
